IGNOU Education (ignoueducation.com) is an independent information and admission counselling website. It is not the official website of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). For official information, visit ignou.ac.in.
1. We charge no fees
Our information and admission counselling are completely free. IGNOU Education does not collect any money and does not take payments on this website, so there is nothing for us to refund.
2. Fees paid to the university
Program fees, registration fees, exam fees and any other charges are paid directly to the university. Refunds of those fees, including whether you qualify and how long they take, are governed only by IGNOU's own refund policy. We cannot approve, process or promise a refund.
For the current refund rules, check the official IGNOU website or contact the university's admissions or accounts team.
3. Stay safe
Our team will never ask you to pay a fee to us or into a personal bank account, UPI ID or wallet. Pay university fees only through the official payment options on the IGNOU website. If anyone asks you for money in the name of IGNOU Education or ignoueducation.com, do not pay and please tell us right away.
